Private Virtual Chocolate making
You will learn about the science behind chocolate making with an experienced chocolate maker and have a hands-on experience using your own kitchen equipment. We'll teach you a simple tempering technique that will take your chocolate skills to another level.
Virtual Chocolate tasting
In this class we will go over the main techniques on chocolate tasting; the flavors to look for, and the vocabulary to describe what you find. You'll learn about the importance of sourcing and roasting cacao to determine the flavor profile, and we'll share what types of flavors we often find in a chocolate bar. Then you’ll test your palate by tasting a selection of four of our chocolate bars guided by an experienced chocolate maker.
